UPDATE:
Dr. Rau’s office contacted me after my review and scheduled an appointment to go over my concerns. Not only did he fix the issues I had but he did it with very little added cost to me. He did give me an option that would have corrected the issue with no added cost but it wasn’t the best choice for me. I am now completely happy with my surgery and results.

I love the entire staff, so friendly and accommodating. I went to Dr. Rau 11 years ago for breast implants and had such an amazing experience I decided to go back to him when it was time for new implants and a lift. Unfortunately this time around I’m not happy with the results. The scars are not that bad but I don’t see the ‘lift’. It’s been about six months since my surgery and I already want another one.
