First off, the ladies are all very friendly and so welcoming! Every visit, the ladies are smiling and so very helpful with any and everything! Dr. Rau is hands down the best!! I met with Dr. Rau my very first visit and every visit after that! From the beginning, I felt comfortable and understood the process the entire way through because he is so clear. I am VERY pleased with my procedure and looking forward to completing another procedure with him. He even personally called my husband to let him know how surgery went! Look no further, Dr. Rau is the surgeon to go with! I would recommend him over and over. 10/10, the BEST surgeon in the IE!
